3rd Vanderkloof Dam Adventure.

  It is said one must never leap into doing anything without weighing its consequences.  But if you are ever presented with an opportunity of sailing, we say don’t even think for a moment and take the plunge, for every journey comes with a promise of adventure  and you never know, you will have something worthwhile to share with the world. ⛵️🚤 🌍 Ongoing improvements to the boat The canopy were enlarged enabling us to stand upright inside. The roomier interior proved to be a huge improvement. Sliding windows on both sides ensures  good ventilation. Rear area has canvas coverings and can be zipped open or closed as required. This will be helpfull in rainy or cold conditions, specially when moored at night. Rear deck can be closed off if needed. The fibreglass pontoons were replaced by this HDPE type, making them lighter and easier to remove and install. Pontoons are important for roll stability as the boat's keel was removed, enabling us to navigate in shallow waters. Vanderkloof D
